Former Manchester United midfielder Lee Sharpe has slammed the performance of his younger team-mates in Sunday’s 3-1 home defeat to Brighton in the Premier League.

United lost their sixth home game of the season in 12 games. With Sharp criticising the players for their poor performance แทงบอล UFABET ราคาดีที่สุด ไม่มีขั้นต่ำ in all positions.

“Another poor run of form,” Sharp said. “Watching Arsenal and Liverpool, you think they are aware of the standards they want to achieve and how hard they have to work.”

“And today with one shot on target and one goal, the keeper (Onana) didn’t do anything good. Overall it wasn’t good enough in every aspect. It took too long to think where to put the ball, it didn’t flow, it wasn’t natural, they lost the ball too easily. They didn’t create enough chances to go forward.”

“There was panic and disorganisation in defence, the midfield couldn’t keep up – I thought Mainoo was too slow. The two full-backs, Dalot and Mazraoui, didn’t have a good game either. You need them to go forward and help the game. They didn’t do that. It’s disappointing.”

United have lost 10 of their 22 Premier League games this season. The earliest into a league campaign that they have hit double figures for defeats since 1989-90 under former boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
